Description
Enjoy the magnificence of this magical place known as "The Lake of the Red Sunsets" on the 40 ft Explorer. This 3-bed, 40 foot houseboat sleeps 4 and comes with a full double bed and 2 single beds as well as accessories needed to ensure a great stay out on the water, including a grill, refrigerator, and a water slide up top. The hot tub can be added on for an additional charge.

The rental rates listed do not include tax, fuel expenses, or a $25 waste fee. A down payment of $500 is due at the time of booking. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be held on your card at arrival and is refundable at the end of your trip (as long as the houseboat is returned with no damage).
*A secondary small boat is required along with your houseboat rental. You may bring your own or rent from the marina.
