Together "Twin Cities" Minneapolis and state capital, St. Paul, paint a very urban picture that lacks not for cultural color nor pleasant parks with proximity to river, wilderness and Amish country for extra polish.
The St. John's Boys' Choir is a self-incorporated nonprofit arts organization offering local music education and performance to boys ages 8-14 in Central Minnesota. The choir was founded by the monks of St. John's Abbey in 1981. Since that time the choir has grown to include five divisions: The Concert Choir, Junior Varsity Choir, Training Choir, Recorder Consort, and Stile Antico--which sings Renaissance music. Mr. Andre Heywood is the Artistic Director, Joann Weber the Executive Director.
