Vast expanses of deep blue lake shimmer right up to forested shores in Voyageurs National Park, a watery retreat favored by boaters, houseboaters and paddlers alike.
Cadotte Lake Campground is a small, rustic campground. Each of 2 loops includes hand pumps for drinking water (accessible hydrant in Loop 1), vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire grates. Four campsites are barrier-free. Showers and electrical hookups are not available.
A campground attendant can provide information about the area’s activities throughout the summer. Bait and firewood are available locally. Normal camping season is mid-may through Labor Day, but the campground remains open until snowfall with reduced se rvices. Northern pike, panfish and walleye are the predominant fish in this lake.
