Cedar Rapids Lodge is the only resort on 500-acre Medicine Lake. We are located 20 miles north of Bemidji. Our 45 acres of woods and lake-level grounds offer a half-mile of lakeshore. 12 lakeside cabins include 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, depending on the size of your family. We cater to kids, offering activities, along with a new playground, basketball court, new heated pool, sand beach, and new friends to meet each week. The lodge offers video games, pool table, TV/VCR, snacks, our famous shakes, and homemade pizza. Kids and adults, too, will enjoy the paddleboats, sailboat, fun bugs, kayaks and pontoon. Each cabin is fully equipped with kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and full bath, including tub and shower. There is a covered patio and carport with each cabin. Several of the cabins have fireplaces. Medicine Lake offers excellent fishing, including walleye, northern, crappie, bluegill, and bass. Our resort is open from mid-May to mid-October, beginning with the walleye opener, and ending the season with duck hunters and fishermen.
Our resort rates begin at $650 for a one bedroom cabin, $850 for a two bedroom, $950 for a three bedroom, and $1100 for a four bedroom cabin. We also offer discounted rates in the spring and fall and nightly rates when a cabin is available.
