Together "Twin Cities" Minneapolis and state capital, St. Paul, paint a very urban picture that lacks not for cultural color nor pleasant parks with proximity to river, wilderness and Amish country for extra polish.
The museum contains a number of interesting displays depicting the town's career in mining, the subsequent move and the people that helped to create such a rich and fascinating history. The museum is also proud to present scale models of Hibbing as it looked in 1893 when it was incorporated, and 1913. The latter is accompanied by a ten-minute narration.
