Sunset Beach Resort is located on Portage Lake in the heart of Chippewa Nat'l Forest midway between Bemidji and Grand Rapids. Portage is known for crappies, walleye, bass, perch and northern pike. Ultra modern cottages are located at lake level. Resort is open from May-Oct. Our sunset is worth staying to see. Lodge, camping, bait & gas available.
