We called this restaurant and lounge "Brauhaus" because we serve German Beer and homemade American and German Food.

All food is homemade. We use only the highest quality ingredients. Our salads are organic and fresh. Our meat is locally farm-raised and is all hand-cut here at Brauhaus.

When you walk into the Brauhaus its like you are stepping across the ocean.
